Albert G. Stapperfenne, age 64, passed away at his home on January 15th. Born in Hazleton, PA; he spent his early childhood in Jim Thorpe, PA before residing in Roselle, NJ for the past 60 Years. Al was a 1965 graduate of Abraham Clark H.S., Roselle and a graduate of Newark College of Engineering (NJIT), where he received a BS in Industrial Engineering. He worked many years for The A.E. Nelson Co. in Roselle and more recently for Tiedemann Bookeeping and Acctg Svcs. of Florham Park. He was also a guitarist, a passionate baseball fan, an avid film and history buff and a devoted uncle. He was a quiet, gentle soul who had a kind word for all. Al is predeceased by his parents Mary E. (McGorry) and Albert H. Stapperfenne of Roselle. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law MaryAnn and James Farrell of Cranford, his beloved nephew Bryan Farrell of Brooklyn, NY and life long friends Bruce & Kathy (Graney) Nelson.
