Mrs. Schlieps was born in St. Petersburg, Russia on April 5, 1903, the daughter of the late Georg and Henrietta (Papmehl).

She was the widow of George Schlieps who died in 1977.
Surviving is a daughter is Mira Ribner , and her loving husband Herbert of Fanwood, NJ.
Religious Service at Gray Funeral Home, Westfield, NJ, at 11 AM on Friday, January 26th, with Rev. Karen Shamus officiating.
Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery Scotch Plains, NJ.
At the family's request there will be no visitation.
