Amy Saccone, of Cranford New Jersey, passed away on June 18, 2023 surrounded by loved ones after a 2 year battle with colon cancer.
Amy was a brilliant mind, a beautiful soul, a gracious and generous friend, a loving sister, daughter, aunt, niece, cousin, and a dedicated and devoted wife and mother.
Amy grew up in Matawan, New Jersey, and graduated early from Calvary Academy in Lakewood. After double majoring in biology and chemistry at Georgian Court University, Amy started a successful career in technical sales and product management holding positions in both the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, with her most recent position as an account executive for Catalent.
The loves of Amy’s life were her husband of 15 years, Rich Saccone, and their children, Lillian Paige (12), and Bradley Richard (11). Amy found her truest joy in creating a warm and welcoming life and home for her family and sharing that with others.
Amy created connections and community in all parts of her life, collecting new friendships with every experience. Amy’s front porch became a fixture of her beloved Cranford community, acting as a gathering spot for so many. Amy was an amazing cook, an avid reader, and a lifelong learner.
