A gathering of family and friends of Augie J. Chella will take place on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 from 6-9 pm at the Gray Funeral Home 318 East Broad St. Westfield.
Mr. Chella passed away on Friday, April 17, 2009. He was born in Italy and lived in Westfield for 23 years before recently moving to Manasquan.
Augie was associated with The Hartford for 25 years and retired in 2008. He had a passion for the beach, golfing and most importantly his family.
He is survived by his wife, Kim; son, Christopher; daughter Lauren; mother Ernestina; sister, Antoinetta Clark and her husband Jim. He will also be deeply missed by numerous friends and relatives.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
