Barbara J. Baker, 46 passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2009 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. A gathering of family and friends will take place at the Gray Memorial Funeral Home, 12 Springfield Ave., Cranford on Thursday evening from 7-9 pm with a service commencing at 8 pm.
Barbara was born in Plainfield, NJ and resided in Ohio and Michigan before returning to New Jersey in 1982. She has lived in Winfield Park for the last several years. She was a graduate of Rutgers and was a twelve year member of the Winfield Board of Education and served as President for seven of those years. Barbara worked for many years as a Lab Coordinator for Union County College in Cranford.
Barbara will be deeply missed by many dear family members and friends.
