Bernice Erickson Westfield resident, worked in Semi-Conductors Bernice Erickson, 91, of Westfield died on Monday August 22. 2011. peacefully in Meadowview Nursing Home in Northfield, NJ. Private services are under the direction of Gray's, Funeral Directors, Westfield. A lifelong resident of Westfield, she retired from New Jersey Semi Conductor Products, Springfield, after 20 years service. She had a love of children, and enjoyed babysitting after retirement for many children. Mrs. Erickson is survived by three sons: James Lee and wife Denise, of Fairview, IL, Dennis Gary and wife Robin, of Perrineville, NJ, Keith Thomas and wife Marie of Bridgewater, NJ, and daughter, Valerie Mae Rose, of Myrtle Beach, SC. Surviving grandchildren include: Kevin, Victoria, James, Marcy, Rebecca, Cameron, Jason, Dana, Jessica, Neil, Drew, and great grandchildren:Bryan, Ayden, Eryn, Samantha, Madeline, and Bella. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, including one very special niece, Terri Schin. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her memory are requested to Deborah Heart and Lung Foundation, 200 Trenton Rd., Browns Mills, NJ 08015.
