Catheline A. Malko, 89, of Cranford, died on Thursday January 4, 2018 at Overlook Medical Center, Summit.
Born in Simpson, PA, she lived for most of her life in Newark, NJ, where she lived in the Valesburg, and Ivy Hill sections.
Catheline had worked for many years at the former Bambergers Department Store, now Macy's. She most recently
worked at the former A&P and the Foodtown stores in Maplewood. She is survived by her son: John J. Malko and his wife
Carol of Cranford, 6 grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, brother: Edward Malko (Elaine) of Springfield, NJ, sister:
Maryann Erickson of Cranford, and her late sister: Gloria Schaffer. She is also survived by dear nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Memorial services and burial will take place at a later date.
