Cathy M. Centers age 81 passed away on December 16, 2005 in the Atlantic Hospice at Care One in Morristown.
She was born in the County Mayo in Ireland and came to the US in 1949 settleing in Manhattan. She has lived in Westfield for many years.
She was a graduate of Hackney Hospital in London, England. She was employed as an RN in New York and Chicago. For 23 years she worked as an RN at Overlook Hospital in Summit. She retired in 1993.
She is survived by her husband Frank J. Centers. One son, Jim Senters. Three daughters; Colleen Witmer, Kate Fogel and Lisa Senters. She will be deeply missed by her 10 grandchildren. She also leaves many relatives in England and Ireland.
A mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 20th in the Holy Trinity RC Church, Westfield. Burial followed in Fairview Cemetery, Westfield.
