Christine Ann Redd

Christine Ann Redd, age 50, passed away quietly on the eve of November 15, 2021, at RWJ Medical Center. Born in South Amboy NJ and was raised in Old Bridge NJ, she was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Mary Ellen Petricek. She was educated at Sacred Heart and St. Mary's HS with her post education in Middlesex County College and Rutgers majoring in X-Ray and ultrasound technology. Christine was employed thereafter at Associated Radiology and University Radiology for the 20+ years. She loved professional football and passionately loved to cook, as well as travel and trips to Atlantic City, NJ. More importantly than all, she loved her family. She is survived by her husband of nearly 14 years, Travis, her two children, Kaitlyn and Carolyn, her father-in-law, " Buddy", two sisters, Kathy and Coleen, two brothers, Frankie and Johnny, a sister-in-law, Leslie, and a brother-in-law, Tracy, her Godfather and Uncle, Kevin, her nieces, Jessie, Missy, Karleigh, Abby, and Aubrey, a nephew, Alec, and a host of cousins, grandnieces and a grandnephew.
The viewing will be held on Friday 12/10 at Gray Funeral Home located at 318 East Broad St, Westfield, NJ from 2-4pm and 7-9pm with the service being held at the same location on Saturday 12/11 beginning at 9am. After which Christine will be buried at Fairview Cemetery, 1100 East Broad St, Westfield, NJ.
