Dorothy J. West

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2007 at 11 am at the Kirkpatrick Memorial Presbyterian Church, 37 John Ringo Rd., Ringoes, NJ for Dorothy J. West who passed away on December 7, 2007 at the Hunterdon Care Center in Flemington. She was 95 years old.
Mrs. West was born in Bordentown, NJ and resided in Cranford for many years before moving to Fanwood in 1983.
She was a homemaker. Dorothy was quite active in The First Presbyterian Church if Cranford. As a member of the church, she was involved as a deacon, Elder, Sunday School teacher, choir member and the Margaret Green Association. In 1997 she was honored as Woman of the Year for her contributions to the church.
She is predeceased by her husband, Dr. William H. West and her daughter, Barbara W. Berish. She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy E.W. Shellenberger and a son William A. and his wife Cynthya West.
