Elizabeth La Bracio

Elizabeth La Bracio age 99 of Toms River, formerly of Cranford, New Jersey, passed away on February 27, 2024.  She was born on July 20, 1924, in Elizabeth New Jersey to Frederick and Rose Fakelman.

Elizabeth was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grand mother, and great-great-grandmother.  She worked as a bookkeeper at Builders General in Cranford for many years until her retirement.  Elizabeth dedicated 25 years of her life to the Holiday City First Aid Squad in Toms River, New Jersey.  She was a devoted Christian an actively participated in various church activities.  Elizabeth cherished spending time with friends and playing cards.

She is survived by her son Joseph and his wife Janet, Daughter Bettejo  Tarnowski and her husband Randy Michael, and daughter in law Carol Crawford.  She is predeceased by her husband Joseph, sons Arthur, and Angelo, her parents Frederick and Rose Fakelman, and her brothers Frank, Fred, Michael, and Steven.

A life celebration will be April 29, 2024 from 9 to 11 am at Gray Memorial Funeral Home 12 Springfield Avenue, Cranford, NJ.  Interment will follow at St. Gertrude's Cemetery in Colonia, NJ.
