Elizabeth E. Stein

A memorial service is being planned for Elizabeth E. Stein who passed away on Monday, January 1, 2007 in Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge. Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 5, 2007 at 11:30 am at Lawnview Cemetery in Abington, PA. Arrangements are by the Gray Funeral Home in Westfield.
Mrs. Stein was 99 years old. She was born in Philadelphia and resided in Westfield for many years.
She was a first grade teacher in the Westfield School system for 28 years. She retired in 1972. After her retirement she volunteered at Childrens Specialized Hospital and also the Westlake School.
Her husband Charles W.C. Stein passed away on Dec. 23, 2006 after 68 years of marraige.
She is survived by a sister, Margaret Wolcken. Two nephews; Frederic William and John Peter Wolcken.
