Jacqueline Seymour Berry, 60 of Milford, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, February 14, 2008.
Mrs. Berry was born in Trenton, NJ on July 8, 1947. She resided in Cranford for over 20 years and worked tirelessly for the Democratic Committee and was a member of the Youth Employment, The League of Woman Voters and the Charitea Room.
A cat lover, gardener and avid cook, she would light up the room with her beautiful smile and innocent look. Mrs. Berry thoroughly embraced family life with her adoring husband of forty-one years, her loving sons and her granddaughters.
She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas G. Berry, Sr.; two sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas Jr. and Dena Berry of Cranford, NJ and Theodore and Crystal Berry of Cary, NC; her four granddaughters, Emma, Samantha, Sara and Shannon Berry; her mother, Grace Seymour of Parlin, NJ; her two brothers, Marc and Chris Seymour; and her sister, Pat Noe.
Mrs. Berry was predeceased by her father, Theodore Seymour and her sister, Joan Vastola.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at 9:30 am in St. Michael R.C. Church located on the corner of Alden and Miln Streets. A first visitation will be held on Sunday, February 17, 2008 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. A second visitation will be held on Monday, February 18, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Gray Memorial Funeral Home, 12 Springfield Ave., Cranford. Interment will be private.
