A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2009 at 1 pm at the Gray Funeral Home; 318 East Broad Street, Westfield, NJ for Jay L. Hertzberg. Interment will be private.
Mr. Hertzberg, 66 passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at Robert Wood Johnson at Rahway. He was born in Brooklyn, New York and resided in Westfield for many years before moving to Garwood 4 years ago. Jay was employed by Prudential Securities in New York City prior to his retirement.
He is survived by his son, Josh and his wife Michelle and his daughter, Jessica Martino and her husband Lawrence. He is also survived by his former wife, Judith Hertzberg and grandchildren, Jacob Hertzberg and Rocco Martino.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Garwood First Aid Squad.
