Jean G. Dabrosky

Jean G. Dabrosky, 89, of Ocean Gate, NJ, passed away Monday Jan. 17, 2011 at home. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM Friday Jan. 21, 2011 in St. John The Apostle Catholic Church, Linden, with interment to follow in St. Gertrude Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 PM Thursday Jan. 20, 2011 at Gray Memorial Funeral Home, 12 Springfield Ave., Cranford, NJ. Mrs. Dabrosky was born in Elizabeth, and was the daughter of Frank and Viola Kawalec. Prior to moving to Ocean Gate, she lived in Elizabeth, Linden, and many years in Cranford. She worked for many years for Supermarket Services of Linden, retiring in 1988. Jean was predeceased by her husband of 37 years, Frank H. Dabrosky, in 1987, and a son Frank J. Dabrosky in 2008. Surviving are a son Bruce Dabrosky of Ocean Gate and a grandson Frank Dabrosky Jr. and his wife Angela of Riverview, FL, a sister Helen of Texas, and many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
