Jeanne Claire Page Pryor Fritz passed away on December 24, 2010, after a long illness. She was born on November 19, 1933 in Mt. Kisco, NY to William and Dallas L. Page. She lived in Pleasantville, NY before moving to Cranford in 1935. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Cranford. She was a medical secretary for 32 years at Summit Medical Group, as well as working at Overlook Hospital and JFK Hospital in Edison. Jeanne felt her greatest life accomplishment was her 4 children. She loved her family above all else and always had time for them. She is survived by her daughters, Paige Leigh Fritz-Goldschmitt and Amy Shields, her sons, Richard and Bryon Pryor, Dieter Goldschmitt (whom she dearly loved and considered him as her son) and her brother, Clarence Page. She was a proud and loving grandmother of 5, Vanessa and Whitney Shields, Stephanie and Samantha Pryor, and Joseph G. Pryor. Jeanne went to NYU majoring in literature and music. She was a equesterian in her younger years as well as enjoying drawing, music and literature. She loved the beach, having fun, laughing, singing, Halloween and all her friends and family. She will be missed more than words can say as she was like no other. She was brave, strong and true till the end. Visitation will be 3 – 7 PM Monday December 27, 2010 at Gray Memorial Funeral Home, 12 Springfield Avenue, Cranford (NJ). The Service of Remembrance will begin at 10 AM Tuesday December 28, 2010 in the First Presbyterian Church, Cranford (NJ).
