A Mass of Christian burial for Joan M. Everett will be held on Monday, February 27, 2006 at 10 am in St. Joseph the Carpenter Roman Catholic Church, Roselle. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia
Mrs. Everett age 81 passed away on February 22, 2006 in Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, Rahway. She was born in Philadelphia and grew up in Hillside. She has lived in Roselle for many years.
Mrs. Everett was a member of St. Joseph Rosary Alter Society and a member of the Knights of Colombus Ladies Auxillary in Roselle.
She was employed as a Claims Examiner for the State of New Jersey for twenty years. She retired in 1991.
She is predeceased by her husband, John D. Everett.
Surviving are her daughters; Denise Traina and Karen Everett-Snodgrass. A son, David K. Everett. Three sisters; Diane Kennedy, Maryann Boston and Sharon McMillan. She will also be deeply missed by her six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers donations to the AMerican Heart Association or the Leukemia Society would be appreciated.
