Joanann M. Wysokowski

January 16, 1937 — April 26, 2014

Joanann Monica Wysokowski (nee Umbria), a long-time resident of Roselle Park, died April 26, 2014 at the Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains. She was 77. Visitation and life celebration will be Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9PM Thursday May 1st at the Gray Funeral Directors, A Life Celebration Home, 12 Springfield Ave. Cranford. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10AM Friday May 2, 2014, at the Church of the Assumption, Roselle Park, NJ. Entombment will follow in Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Jason and Elizabeth Wysokowski and, her "Heart", granddaughter Nyah Reese; brothers Alan, Alfred and Arnold Umbria; a sister, Rosemarie Kelly; countless nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews and her many friends. Joanann, who was lovingly called "Nana" by her granddaughter, was predeceased by her sisters Alice Umbria and Virginia Marino, as well as brothers Louis and Anthony Umbria. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to New Jersey in 1970. She was employed many years in the printing industry in NY and NJ and was retired from All State Legal.
