John Oehler

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2006 at 10:30 am in the Roselle United Methodist Church, 214 Sheridan Ave., Roselle for John Oehler. Arrangements are by the Gray Funeral Home in Westfield.
Mr. Oehler age 75 passed away on December 11, 2006 in Overlook Hospital in Summit. He was born in Elizabeth and resided in Roselle before moving to Westfield 50 years ago. He was a veteran of the US Army serving in the occupation forces in Europe.
He was employed by Edison Mold as a tool maker for 30 years, retiring in 1996. He was a Scout Leader for several years. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and also a member of the military order of the cootie.
He is predeceased by his wife Maryellen Oehler.
He is survived by his three sons; John, Bill and Bob Oehler. He will also be deeply missed by his two granddaughters and three grandsons.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Patriots Path Council, Boy Scouts of America.
