John Jack Ritter

John "Jack" Ritter, 80 of Cranford passed away on Thursday May 8, 2008 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Visitation will be at the Gray Memorial Funeral Home, 12 Springfield Ave., Cranford on Wednesday, May 14 from 5-8 pm. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 am on Thursday at St. Mark Cemetery, Allentown, PA
Mr. Ritter was born in Allentown and has lived in Cranford for several years. He was a veteran of the US Army.
Mr. Ritter was a business owner for 45 years in Irvington and Cranford. Most recently he was the co-owner of Mirra & Ritter European & Oriental Imports in the Cranford and Irvington area. He retired in 2001.
He is predeceased by his brother, William and his niece Barbara. He is survived by his sister, Mae Bibighaus, three nephews and ten great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
