Josephine Niedzwiecki age 91 of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2007 at UPMC McKeesport Hospital.
Mrs. Niedzwiecki was born on March 20, 1916 in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Stanley and Nellie Novak Pasternak.
Josephine retired many years ago from the Home Insurance Company where she was a clerical worker.
She was predeceased by her husband, Stephen Niedzwiecki, her siblings, Polly Szewczyk, John, Henry, Walter and Edward Pasternak.
She is survived by her children: Stanley J. and his wife Mary of Bayhead, NJ formerly of Westfield, NJ; Chester M. of Elizabeth, PA and Janet M. and her husband James Ryan of Westport, CT. Mrs. Niedzwiecki will also be deeply missed by her sister Stella Bryla of Versailles Boro, PA; her 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were under the direction of the Gray Funeral Home, Westfield. Interment was on January 5, 2008 at Fairview Cemetery, Westfield.
