June Ann Nugent

June Ann Nugent, 78. of Westfield, passed away Wednesday May 26, 2010. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 PM, Friday, May 28th, Gray Funeral Home, 318 E. Broad St., Westfield, where funeral services will begin at 10AM, Saturday, May 29, 2010, followed by interment in Fairview Cemetery, Westfield. Born in North Bergen, NJ, she was a 1952 graduate of Montclair State University, and taught briefly in the Scotch Plains-Fanwood School District. A member of The Presbyterian Church in Westfield, she was preceded in death by her husband: Edward Thomas Nugent in 1988. She is survived by daughter: Leslie Nugent Norris (William) of Hockessin, DE, son: Edward Thomas Nugent Jr., and grandson: Edward Thomas "Tripp" Nugent both of Westfield; brother, Ronald Barker of Madison, NJ, and nephews, Glenn Barker, and Clifford Graviet. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the American Cancer Society.
