Leo Pecina

Leo Pecina, age 95, from Holiday City Toms River, formerly of Garwood passed away Dec 20, 2010 at home. He was employed at ENSA, Union NJ for 42 years before retiring in 1981. He was a member of Holiday City West Bocci club where his was voted MVP in 2008. He also played the saxophone for the Union County Municipal Band, the Crestwood Symphonette and the Ocean County String Band. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lois (Kunkle) Pecina, a son, Lee and his wife Pat of Pompano Beach Fla, Ronald and his wife Ellen of Carolina Shores NC , Holly Pecina Snider of Humble, Texas, Lane and his wife Susan of Kenilworth, NJ and Lance and his wife Holly of Clark NJ. Leo is also survived by his grandchildren, Ronald, Amy , Megan, Lauren, Jillian, Lacey and Lance II. Visiting hours will be Dec 21st from 2-4 and 7-9 at Grays Funeral Home Westfield NJ. Service will Dec 22nd at Gray's Funeral Home in Westfield at 11:00 am. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers. Please make donations to Holiday City West First Aide Squad.
