Cranford, NJ Maria R. Rios Mrs. Maria R. Rios of Madison passed away on Monday January 10, 2011, at the Sunrise Assisted Living in Madison , NJ. Mrs. Rios was born in Portugal , she lived in Union, NJ most of her life. She was a retired seamstress. She was the loving wife to the late Manuel X. Rios. Surviving are a daughter Anne Montross, and son in law Cortlandt, of Cranford. Her grandchildren, Cortlandt and his wife Diane Montross. Kristin and her husband Michael Cacicedo. Great grandchildren Emily and Katie, and Cortlandt. Two nephews, Antonio Pataca and his wife Maria, and Manuel Pataca and his wife Ruthie. Aslo survived by many great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 7 pm at the Gray Memorial Funeral Home, 12 Springfield Ave. Cranford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 am Friday at at St. Theresa RC Church, Kenilworth,. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Alzheimers Association, or Atlantic Home Care and Hospice in Madison, NJ.
