Marian Edith Schroppe Storyteller 78   Marian E. Schroppe, 78, of Kenilworth, N.J. died suddenly, at home, Monday Oct. 11, 2010. A memorial service will be held Wednesday October 20th at 7:30 pm at Gray Memorial Funeral Home, 12 Springfield Ave. Cranford, N.J. Graduated from Emmaus Bible School and proceeded to do the Lord's work in remote areas of Alberta and Prince Edward Island Canada. Author and creator of "Tony Tickle Tale" stories and puppet. Storyteller for children in the Harding School, Kenilworth. Co-founder and developer, with Nancy Boyle, of Miss Nancy's Learning Center in Kenilworth. Family historian and producer of her family's ancestral movie "THE LONG VOYAGE". Member of the Kenilworth Public Library reading club. Marian is lovingly remembered as Miss Marian by thousands of young children, over the years, whose lives she has touched. Marian is predeceased by her parents Jennie and Franklin Schroppe. Loving sister to Beverly Baly of Cranford, NJ and Roger Schroppe (Sandra) of Cape May Court House, NJ. Her Nephews, Bob & Steve Baly of Cranford, Scott Schroppe of Olympia, WA., David of Jackson, NJ and John of Westfield, NJ. Her great nieces and nephew Jennifer and Brennan of Olympia, WA., Meghan of Jackson, NJ., and Keira of Westfield, NJ. In lieu of flowers gifts may made to the Kenilworth Public Library for the purchase children's books in memory of Marian Schroppe
