Mrs. Marie L. Rudd, 96 of Cranford, NJ died at home on Friday, August 17, 2007. Marie was the wife of the late Channing Rudd who died in 2005. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Libby and Sean Lussion. Also surviving are three grandchildren; Mike Vajda and his wife Beth Ann of Clinton, NJ, Steve Vajda of Oakland, Ca, and Allison Vajda of Albuquerque, NM. Four great grandchildren; Mike, Jack Henry, Isaiah and Archie Vajda.
Mrs. Rudd was the daughter of Florence and Robert Crane. She was a life long resident of Cranford and a member of the First Presbyterian Church where she played the piano for the cherub choir. Molly, as she was known, was a graduate of the Eastman School of Music, located in Rochester, New York and for many years she taught piano in Cranford. She was also a member of various Bridge Clubs in the Cranford area and was an instructor of Bridge for the adult school.
Funeral services were private. Libby has asked that Molly's many friends remember her in their own special way.
