Mary Merwede, age 84, passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021.
Mary was born and raised in Cranford before retiring to Ocean Grove and then Toms River.
She was active in the Cranford United Methodist Church Choir as well as the Ocean Grove Auditorium Choir and Historical Society. She enjoyed volunteering at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch and Community Medical Center in Toms River.
She was predeceased by her husband of 38 years, Harvey William Merwede, Sr., (d.1997). She is survived by her children, Sheryl of Toms River, H. William, Jr., (Nancy) of Springfield, and Glenn (Rachel) of Linden, and grandchildren Amanda, Gary, and Abigail.
