Mary Louise Crago Taylor

MARY LOUISE CRAGO TAYLOR, 93, of Westfield, passed away Friday April 30, 2010. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM Tuesday May 4, 2010, in the chapel of the First Presbyterian Church, 140 Mountain Ave. Westfield, where visitation will be held from 10:00AM until service time. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Westfield. Arrangements by Gray Funeral Home, Westfield. Born in Mount Lebanon, PA, she attended Margaret Morrison College at Carnegie Institute of Technology, and Chatham College, both in Pittsburgh, PA. Mrs. Taylor owned and operated a dance studio in New York City during the 1970s. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Westfield, and was a past member of the board of directors for the Westfield Symphony. She is survived by her husband: James Watson Taylor of Westfield, four children: Stephen C. Taylor of Boston, MA, Dianne T. Whittaker (Larry) of Wilmington, DE, Patricia A. Taylor (Arnold E. Turner) of Hygiene, CO, David J. Taylor (Marijo) of Emmaus, PA, and five grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the Westfield Symphony, or the First Presbyterian Church of Westfield.
