Nancy J. (Nee Tagliareni) Bovasso

Nancy J. Bovasso (nee Tagliareni), 88, most recently of Westfield, NJ, passed away on Tuesday August 3, 2021, at Overlook Medical Center, in Summit, NJ. Born in Jersey City, NJ, to the late James and Margaret (nee Lupo) Tagliareni, Nancy lived most of her life there. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert J. Bovasso Sr, her beloved daughter Diane Bligh (nee Bovasso) and husband John L. Bligh Jr., her sister Jeanette "Dolly" DiStefano and husband Leonard, her brother Russell Tagliareni, and her sister Mildred Mustillo and husband John. She is survived by her son: Robert J. Bovasso Jr and his wife Michele (nee Schiano) of Cranford, NJ, seven grandchildren: Caroline Bligh Alati and husband Thomas, Robert J. Bovasso III, Emily M. Bovasso, Anthony M. Bovasso, John L. Bligh III, Christine L. Bligh, Joseph C. Bovasso, brother Joseph Tagliareni and wife Marie, sister-in-law Judy Tagliareni, and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may gather on Monday August 9, 2021 from 9:00-11:00AM in the Chapel of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 315 First St., Westfield.
