Raymond J. Yannuzzi Westfield Letter Carrier, Korean War Veteran Raymond John Yannuzzi, 81, of South Plainfield, formerly of Westfield, died Friday December 23rd. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation from 2-4 and 7-9PM Tuesday Dec.27th, at Gray Funeral Home, 318 E. Broad St., Westfield. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10AM Wednesday Dec. 28, 2011 in the Church of the Holy Trinity, 315 First St., Westfield. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Born in Westfield, Raymond was a graduate of Westfield High School. He served in the US Army, during the Korean War, where he received the Bronze Service Star, and a Purple Heart. He retired from the US Post Service, where he had been a letter carrier with the US Post Office in Westfield. Mr. Yannuzzi was an active member of the American Legion Post #3, Westfield. He is survived by two children: Paul D. and his wife Danielle, and Debbie Moses and her husband Kenneth. He is also survived by four grandchildren: David, Kimberly, Brianna, and Marissa, and his sister: Frances.
