Richard C. "Dick" Arthur Church Elder, Speaker, Pastor, Missions Counselor Richard Craig "Dick" Arthur, 80, of Cranford NJ, passed away suddenly on October 27, 2011. Visitatation will be 1:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00PM Sunday (today) October 30, at Gray Memorial Funeral Home, 12 Springfield Avenue, Cranford (www.grayfuneralhomes.com to offer condolences). Graveside service will be 10AM Monday October 31, at Fairview Cemetery, Westfield. A Celebration of Life service will begin at 12:30 PM Monday, October 31, 2011 in the Kenilworth Gospel Chapel, 557 Newark Avenue, Kenilworth. A graduate of Rutgers Class of '55, Dick also served as an Army Ranger in Korea. Dick was the President of Mackenzie Automatic Door Co. based in NYC and worked there for more than forty years. He earned master's degrees in Divinity and Counseling from Biblical Seminary later in life and served as a counselor at the Market Street Mission in Morristown. He served as an elder at Kenilworth Gospel Chapel for many years and was active as a speaker and pastor. He was loved by many and survived by his wife of 55 years, Joyce, his daughter Alison, son Daniel and his wife Dawn, three grandchildren, Michael, Jeffrey and Julia Arthur, and his sister Marion Kaspareck.
