Sharon M. Aitken (Nee Moore) passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on April 20th after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Sharon was born in Neptune, NJ and was raised in Spring Lake Heights, Pt. Pleasant, Penns Grove, and Spring Lake, NJ since her father was a Methodist Minister who relocated frequently. When Sharon was not working, her time was spent driving her children and everyone in the neighborhood to school, sports, and anywhere the car took her. Later in life, if she was not with her kids or grandchildren, she was traveling with or visiting family, dining with friends, spending time at The South Seaville Camp Meeting, or sitting at her favorite place, the beach.
Sharon is predeceased by her mother and father, Vivian and Lawrence Moore, her mother-in-law Nell Aitken, and brother-in law Donald Cove.
