Theodore C. Alley age 79 died on Saturday April 26, 2008 at his residence in North Plainfield, NJ.
Born in Summit, NJ, he lived in Westfield for 42 years.
Mr. Alley was a graduate of the Pingry School, Elizabeth class of 1948. In 1952 he obtained a BA degree in business from Babson College in Wellsley Mass.
He retired in 1985 after 15 years as a Management Consultant for Brooklyn Union Gas, now Keyspan.
Mr. Alley served our country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was also a member of SAR (Sons of the American Revolution).
He is pre deceased by his loving wife Elizabeth P. Alley who died in 2000, and a daughter Virginia S. Alley in 2007. Surviving are two daughters Cheryl M. Grotrian, and Katherine A. Moates. Two brothers, Alvan R. and William H. Alley Jr. Also survived by 6 grandchilren, and one great grandchild.
All services are private under the direction of the Gray Funeral Home 318 E. Broad St. Westfield, NJ
